What is a Penumbra? It is a space of partial illumination (as in an eclipse) between the perfect shadow on all sides and the full light. As such, Penumbra Photography (Penfotos) believes in the power of imagery for art and history. As fascinating as the phenomenon of an eclipse can be, we overshadow any doubt that beauty can be found in the most striking of landscape or subtle gesture.
